At Elliott Roofs We Want You to Know What To Expect Before We Start The Job

As your roofing experts, Elliott Roofing Company takes great measures to help you understand how we handle the roofing process or re-roofing process before we begin any contractual arrangements, ensuring not only the finest quality workmanship and customer service possible, but also extending every level of support to you to ensure that your roofing expectations are met and understood from the start.


Thank you for your business. We are excited to start the work on your roof but here are a few things to know. Please read carefully.

BEFORE WE ARRIVE

This letter is not intended to say we are starting
your roof immediately. We will be in contact with
you prior to delivery of your materials.


• As soon as you receive partial or full payment from your insurance company and there are other endorsements needed such as a        mortgage company, send it off immediately to them for endorsement. This will expedite the process.
• Elliott Roofing is not responsible for debris in attic.
• We cannot be responsible for nail pops in interior ceilings or walls.
• Cover valuable contents in attic, if we are doing a redeck.
• Remove pool or hot tub cover within 10 feet of the house.
• Turn off pumps to pool and or hot tub.
• Re-locate un-used vehicles/motor homes etc. from driveway or any access areas
• Please put any outside potted plants in a safe area
• Please make electricity accessible
• Access to all areas around the house, gates etc is necessary.
• Please put up any pets in the front or backyard.
• Turn off house alarm if you have roof top sensors.
• Remove any items that may fall of interior walls.
• We cannot be responsible for improper installation of electrical lines, cables, telephone, alarm wires and Freon lines when under     decking.

AFTER WE LEAVE

We will always do our best. However, if you are not home when we finish please check the hot water tank and heater stack inside the closet to make sure they are connected. If they are not and you cannot re-connect the pipe, please call so we can come out immediately. There is a risk of Carbon Monoxide poisoning so please check this ASAP.

UPON RECEIPT OF COMPLETION

If payment for your roof is being made by your insurance company and they have held back the depreciation that is recoverable; you will need to submit the invoice from us to them for reimbursement. If our office can assist by faxing a copy to the insurance company, please let us know. We will need a claim number, fax number, name of insurance company and contact person. If you have already received an initial check from insurance, please mail to us upon receipt of invoice.
